Ash Glazed Chawan / Teabowl

Ash-Glazed chawan or tea bowl for matcha green tea with scratched and stamped "reed fence" decorations; handbuilt with handtrimmed foot. Nice texture on the interior filled with clear, green ash and nice little ash pool. Fired for one day in the kogama (small wood kiln).
